The gray almost dead like sky, seemed to address the events that have yet to be set in motion but its conductor named Reaper. Standing atop a small office Reaper had grown dull of his life on the run and planed to return too life even if it is simulated, he had build a body to which he could live among the humans as a powerless shinigami but this ruse would allow him to build a army to which he could crush those who dear appose him. As Reaper looked about the town he recalled every memory he had during his time alive and time to which he was dead, each seemingly held no true difference other then while he was alive he sought to protect this city but now he seeks to leave it in runes.
As the clouds above looked as if they going to bust open ad bleed out rain, Reaper knew that his actions will bring about much death and chaos, but it was needed for him to move on from his state as a leader and back to a killer of many souls all to a means that only Reaper could understand. And as the drops of rain began there fall from grace reaper took his leave from the roof top, stepping over the bodies of three seated shinigami who failed at retreating from the threat that is known as Reaper. His blood foot steps echoed to the distance to which their powers are, but in those same actions Reaper drew his blade calling forth his shikai with out any words quickly setting fire to the buildings top four floors. Then with a burst of power the entire building was engulfed in black flames and quickly the entire block was set ablaze aided by two main gas mains exploding adding to the death toll.
Reapers actions were in essence a act of war but also, a means to give a warning to all that may seek him to stay away. Four blocks laid in rune and over a hundred died and thousand more were badly wounded or about to die even this was a dinner bell for all hollows that maybe with in the area, Reaper stood with in the flaming building for a short time waiting to see who would attempt to stop him from leaving this life alone.
