Sealed Zanpakuto:The sword appears to be a regular katana,it has a dark blue hilt(almost black) and its sheath color is black.The guard is circle-like with three tomoe design.

Shikai (始解, Initial Release):The blade becomes two kodachi that both act like shield because the light weight of a kodachi makes it easy to block with.(not a special ability)

Shikai Ability:When activating his shikai it allows him to control the water in the surrounding atmosphere,granting him the ability to create and manipulate rain with various ways.The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with Ryuho's own reiatsu.The falling raindrops are closely linked to his senses.
Bankai(卍解, Final Release):Asari Ugetsu(朝利雨月 Rain Obsured Moon)The short katanas become gauntlets and greaves.

Bankai Ability:When activating his Bankai it it allows him to control the weather in the immediate vicinity,to the point that he can create powerful and destructive storms.He can do use this ability as long as water excist in the atmosphere,that it in the end its more than enough.
His Bankai also grants him the ability to use lighting related attacks,such as El Thor,a powerful lighting technique.
Techniques:Name:Blue Rain Flame(Unnamed)
Description: The Rain Flame appears to have sparkles of some type running through it. It is more or less opaque, and has a dark blue at the center while the outer part of the flame is a pale light blue with large, oscillating spikes,that covers both of his kodachi to strengthen and reinforce them,increasing the damage potential.It's an overly dense version of aura. However, unlike aura, the Rain Flame is a real flame that can melt, burn, and even burn up the oxygen in the air.These flames weaken other flames and attacks such as illusions, rendering them almost completely ineffective. The stronger the flames, the weaker the enemy's attacks become.Its super condensed energy, unlike any aura.
While in Bankai it covers the gauntlets and the greavers,the flames grow in size,becomin way more intense than before and the damage potential its also increased.Its the technique that Ryuho uses most.
Name:Kōjirō (小次郎,Rain Shallow)
Description:Seems to be a tidal wave of water that surrounds him while he charges towards his opponent.A variation of the technique while in Bankai, involves the same tidal wave of water which gets ignited with lighting.

Name:El Thor (エル・トール,God's Judgement)
Description:The user focuses a large cluster of electricity above his target, then uses it to send a huge lightning bolt crashing down from the sky, deep frying said unlucky target.He can also use this attack to launch a massive thunder stream from his hand.Both time,it can "split" apart to smaller lighting bolts to strike multiple enemies.

Name:Raigō (雷迎,Thunder Soul Guide)
Description:Also known as the Advent of Thunder, Ryuho creates a huge spherical cloud filled with electricity. The ball has enough power to destroy an entire city.Its actually a last resord of attack."Raigō" is the term used for the coming of Amida Buddha to welcome the spirits of the dead, but here the "Rai" stands for thunder, his most powerful attack.
Duration/Cooldown:To be created it needs massive amounts of reiatsu,exhausting the user to the point that he will collapse.It takes a considerable amount of time to prepare it,(5 posts in total,1 to focus the reiatsu,2 post to create the sphere,1 post to increase size)
