HRH, the Princess Royal, has been carrying out a number of engagements in a one-day visit to Northern Ireland.
She began by visiting RFD Beaufort, a firm that makes safety equipment for ships and airplanes, in Dunmurry.
Princess Anne then moved on to Oakfield Community Centre in Carrickfergus were she planted an oak tree with primary school children.
It was part of a scheme to plant six million trees across the UK to mark the Queen's diamond jubilee next year.
Her visit finished with a trip to the new Belfast Metropolitan College in the Titanic Quarter.
Princess Anne took part in the official opening of the new £44m college building which will cater for up to 5,000 full and part-time students.
