Hakunetsu!

Name: Hakunetsu

Manifestation: Hakunetsu is a beautiful nude woman with white snow skin and black long hair that stretches a few inches after her shoulders. She has scarlet eyes and is rarely seen with clothes by Rekkan, the rare occasions being those in which she has a silk coat covering her body from the waist to the knees.

Release Phrase: "Nemuri" (Sleep)

Shikai Ability: The ability itself does NOT affect anyone BUT the user. The techniques unlocked in this ability are the ones that can affect the other beings' perception. Hakunetsu's illusions in Shikai affect nothing else other than the eyesight. For the ability itself: In Shikai, Rekkan is able to shape reality and bend it to his own will, also being able to create inanimate objects and smaller beings with the power of his imagination. This is possible by the liquid that leaks from Hakunetsu's hilt and penetrates into Rekkan's body, travelling to his brain and enhancing the imagination of the Shinigami. There are rules, of course. Rekkan is able to change the form of things, but not the size. He can turn a house into an elephant, but it cannot move nor it can be bigger or smaller than the object which suffered its mutation. He can create beings to the size of an average human, say 1,75 meters, but he CANNOT create human illusions. Only animals or inanimate objects. He can, for instance, imagine his opponent being sliced, although that does not occur. However, he can create the blood and the sword swing and then transfer it at the cost of Reiatsu. The transfer would make the created blood and sword swing come to reality and "happen", although they are mere illusions.

Techniques:

Name: Creation

Effect: Creates an inanimate object or being. The creations are only illusions and can be no taller than a meter and seventy-five centimeters. One cannot create human illusions in Shikai. He can, however, in Bankai, and illusions can grow to the size of three meters.

Duration and/or Cooldown: One can create either one or two illusions at one time. The cooldown doubles if one chooses to create two illusions. The cooldown is seven posts for a single illusion. However, if Rekkan chooses to create two illusion forms, the cooldown is fourteen posts. The illusions are divided in two categories: instant - a sword swing, rapid movement, etc.; constant - these illusions last for three posts. They are controlled by the user and are used as distractions. Pure and simple.

Effect: Transfers a created object or being. The "transfer" allows others other than Rekkan to visualize what he created. The "Transfer" Technique is used exactly the same way as the "Creation".

I don't see much of a purpose here with the description of the Zanpakuto spirit, but I see some great distraction potential if you manifest her with nothing on. All in all, I don't mind this.

You know, out of all the people, you are the only person I've critiqued on the illusions that I won't actually DENY on the ability but rather, be pleased to say that you're APPROVED on this aspect.

No problem with this, so APPROVED on this part. Just don't make it seem like an auto-hit.

Bankai

Appearance: You'll love this... The katana becomes a... Katana!

Ability: In Bankai, Rekkan's abilities to imagine and alter reality greatly improve. Not only that, but he is not the only one affected by his Zanpakuto's release, those within a certain radius are also affected and fall into the world that the Shinigami "builds". While Hakunetsu released her liquid upon Rekkan in Shikai, she spreads an invisible steam-like substance throughout a radius of fifty meters at very high speed. Those caught in that radius will see what Rekkan sees. He can alter his perception of the world just like in Shikai, transforming things into other things or creating new things...

Basically: Bankai spreads the liquid, not in the form of liquid, but steam =D the abilities that Rekkan has in Shikai are the same in Bankai =D however, the technique Creation can create Human Illusions now, as well as its limit of 1,75 meters is increased to 3,20 meters. Transfer is not really necessary now o.O

And creations, in Bankai, instead of only three posts, last five. Errr.... Done

I would like to register a third technique if it is possible.

Name: Multiplication
Release: Bankai only

Description: At Bankai, Rekkan is able to multiply the creations he made after the third post they are active. He can multiply each creation by two times. Also, the clones of the creations last the two remaining posts the creations last.

So like: Creation lasts 5 posts.

After 3 posts, creation can be multiplied = x2.

Creation and its clones last 2 posts after being multiplied.

Cooldown: the same as Creation.

Drawbacks: when multiplied, the form and substance of the creation withers, meaning it gains a dim, hardly noticeable transparency.
