Shimusha walked along the shattered remains of Seretei, broken asunder from the previous war. He looked to the sky with a sigh and popped his neck a bit and suddenly felt a horrible pain in his head. He gripped his head a bit and stumbled a bit forward and leaned against a rock. He looked forward and everything was starting to blur. He felt his soul chain re-appearing and he knew instantly why. He was recently doing an experiment to revert arrancars into plus souls recently and had accidentally drinken some of the serum, which looked like the water he had in there as well. Suddenly he was feeling his chain disappear and he had a hole in his chest, a mask forming over his face. Black tendrils reached from the ground and began to pull Shimusha under and he ended up in Hueco Mundo. He was a hollow now, and his form was that of a wolf. 12 tails, and a red and white mask, one half red the rest white. He howled a wail as the mask turned blue and shattered. Shimusha had identified how to change a creatures race to the exact opposite, but it was horrible... he had become a victim of his own research.
