Meaning of the Ranks
Master Quincy Leader/Scientist Duties: Being the Master Quincy leader and the scientist means you must be smart, and able to create items that will benefit your race, and must be a good leader/fighter.
Vice Master Quincy Leader/Supervisor: Being the vice master quincy leader/supervisor means you must give your opinion to the quincy leader and must not be afraid to speak your mind, and must be a good fighter/leader and as strong as the current quincy leader so that when the dire situation comes, you can replace the leader.
Third Master Quincy Leader/Treasurer: Being the Third Master Quincy Leader/Treasurer means you are in charge of the funds of the Quincy race, so you will provide cash funds whenever needed, and you must be strong and a nice leader in case the Vice Master Quincy Leader perishes and then you must take his place.
Fourth Master Quincy Leader/Communications Expert: Being the communications expert means that you must have contacts all over the world, friends and allies mostly, and provide communicating technology for the Quincy race.
Fifth Master Quincy Leader/Transportation: Being head of transportation means that you must provide transportation aquatic, air born, and ground based etc.. So, when the time comes when your race needs transportation you'll be there.. It also includes being able to go to HC and SS.
Sixth Master Quincy Leader/Techie: You must make technology and do technological shit for the quincy race.
Seventh Master Quincy Leader/Disciplinary Director: This means you must be in charge of watching out to see if anyone disrespects the Quincy name or disrespect the other master quincies.. And you also must have connections with the local yakuza and other organizations in order to be the disciplinary director, and you must be strict.
