Zan Testing [Begin in Bankai]

Oratik Eleven Karta. That was his name. Mr. Karta as most of the people around the Soul Society reffered to him. Or Captain 6 or Sir. It depended on who it was that was adressing him at the moment. Even though he was the leader of the captains in his side he was the same general strength of them. So that was easy. However now he went straight into Bankai to test his zanpaktou against another captain level shinigami. A captain in fact. His blade deterierated into two blades black and with holes going down the middle of them 10 cm from the top and 10 cm from the base and Oratik waited for the incoming captain.

A storm of a thin, long white substance rush in like a storm. Hopeless...no, Despair materialized from the rush of this substance. As his left hand was the last to materialize in. He stood there boredly. Despair wished that he wasn't involved in this test of strength. He sighed and looked to the sky and said in a light, yet somewhat gravely tone, "I'm here as you ordered sire. But please allow me to set up my field, though." With that he began with a little bit of a setup for what he had to have.

He put both of his arms out perpendicular to his body, and a torrent of the same white substance, paper, blasted out from his sleeves like geysers. The streams lengthed out at about 12 meters before they broke away and scattered around like a blizzard. Almost 1,000,000 pieces of paper fluttered around like mad, covering the field. Despair looked at his opponent, known as Mr. Karta. "Alright, shall we begin?"

Mr. Karta or Oratik or Eleven Karta or Eleven Oratik responded to the calling of him with a nod and immediatly he felt relieved. Not at the man but at the process that Oratik himself was undergoing at the moment involving gases and a decent distance from his body. So he hung around holding his blades in a ready stance taking a Kendo style dual blade pose. He did not want to wait forever for this battle nor did he want to make the first move. However his willingness to not make the first move would break if nothing had been done in a full minute. His willingness to wait forever for this battle would be quenched then and win out with ease.

Despair nodded as the man obviously didn't want to go first. Despair put his arms out and 2 beings, floated out from his sleeves. These were about 10 feet long and made of paper, but they were moving. Despair smirked and the beings, which resembled his Zanpakuto's Manifestation, attacked, flying in with evasive grace, and trying to cut the man. While the man would be distracted by the graceful Shikigami, Despair broke into paper and fluttered with his storm. In this state, he maneuvered to the other side of the storm of paper, unnoticed, and caused all of the paper, including that which made up himself, halt in midair and stiffened. After which, it all flew inwards and wildly attempted from every angle to slice and dice Mr. Karta.

Oratik watched the paper with a dull stare. It was nothing that he couldn't handle and nothing that would even really be a problem. The man himself dissolved into paper bits and came for him. Which would be fun that would give him the advantage. As the paper closed in on him the graceful paper monster attacking him with fast and powerful manuevers Oratik took one zanpaktou in each hand and began to preform a defensive manuever. Spinning wildly with the blades hooked together Oratik felt an even greater sense of relief as he saw with his eyes felt with his touch smelled with his nose almost tasted with his tongue and definatly smelled the flames that emerged from great craters in the ground licking at all of the paper giving the sensation of burning to the paper man that was flying all around most likely stopping him from getting too close to Oratik. However the paper that was already close would be equally exposed to the great feeling and smell and taste and sigh of the flames eating away at the papery bits. Oratik himself simply walked in mid-air in a direct pathwards up using his zanpaktou in a combined spinning motion to deflect all stray paper bits flying to cut him up from above and reached a safe distance away to watch what was in essence flame engulf what was in all essence possible papery bits.

((Unfortunately my paper doesn't burn so it doesn't catch and doesn't hurt))

Even through the Mr. Karta blasted it all with flames, none of the paper was caught on fire. The paper storm seemed to thicken until there was no way to see the ground from above. Despair felt no strain or pain from the fire. All of the paper shot up in a tornado, trying to catch the man in the middle of it all, until it was a giant pillar of paper. Halting once again the paper closed in on their target and began to spin around rapidly, grinding anything and anyone caught in the blender-like motion to a pulp. Still below, Despair reformed into his normal shape. He was not at all injured or fazed whatsoever by the flame attack from before.

Oratik was interested at the non burning paper but it didn't matter. His weapon could do so much more. Suddenly a pilliar of water even more massive and more powerful along with gravity was seen and heard and the salty smell of the ocean was unforgettable in that tidal wave. As the paper came up the water crushed down on all of it. The feel was unmistakable as well. Every bit of paper would feel as if an entire world were crushing down on it while the universe were running down its sides. Meanwhile Mr. Karta could be seen rising to a height of 100 feet standing high above the paper tower that would be in the dismantling process swinging his blades with just as much speed as before but this time with much more power. He then held out his hand and spoke one word. "Haien" As the giant purple monsterous being came out of his hand and spewed all over everything its size gain was equal to his. 75 square feet of instant disintegration flying all over everything. As Oratik stood there saying nothing knocking away loose paper bits as they flew towards him. He was getting bored of watching the water crush the paper and the purple go to disintegrate it while he stood a safe distance away.

Luckily, Despair was in his normal form, he managed to fly way up, and avoid the incinerating blast. The water had no effect on his paper either, but Despair was pretty sure the top layer of it was doomed, maybe the second but the paper was resilient and hard to destroy, even through instant disintegration. Knowing that the man was distracted he blasted another torrent of paper from his sleeves. More paper than he started with. Suddenly he began molding them around and formed a pair of angel wings on his back. He also created a pair of giant swords, light as a feather, and would swing and maneuver easily, and cut like diamond. Despair was actually surprised at how well his Zanpakuto was holding up against the war commander's own.

He erased the distractions from his mind and focused completely on trying to win the battle. He shot forward with a shunpo and slashed at the man. Using loose bits of paper at this height to attack Mr. Karta from behind. His paper was sharper than spiritually reinforced steel, and could slice bone with ease. Despair hadn't even left a mark in his reiatsu either.

OOC: Thats all the testing I needed. You can call a hit if you so wish or you can forget this ever happened. I just wanted to see how I would work my bankai.
