Name: Doom Blast
Effect: Basically an energy blast, it consists of firing a blast of concentrated spirit energy at the target. While in most cases it is fired from the mouth, some Arrancar and Vizard are capable of firing Cero from their hands, fingers and other parts of their bodies. This often requires the user to under take a specific pose. The power, force, speed, color, and blast area of the Cero is dependent on the strength of the user (The stronger the user, the stronger the attack).

Effect: A variation performed by Tamekaze , by swallowing his opponent's Cero and returning it back to the user along with his own Cero.

What that mean

any cannon Kido, you can use nearly all of them.as an elite you can use any kidou up to 80 without having to register it, we just assume you know it. If you had a history in the kidou corp you can use anything up to 98

And Vizards can either choose to make a custom kido, or a custom Cero not both.

Effect: Tamekaze will begin by soar high up into the sky covering his body in the clouds. He well then begin to charge a blue Cero (Crimson red with hallow Mask.) while doing this spirtual pressure will being to become visible and pur out. This will take a while for it to charge since it is very powerful (one post charge), When it is done Tame will begin to fall with two hands covering the ball of cero then he will use flash step to move direcly behind his target at that point he will realese it and blast his opponent giveing away a create deal of damange. (He can also fire this from far.)
