Physical Appearance: His hair is black and reaches down barely past his shoulders. His eyes are red and he has soft skin with a gotee extending from his chin only about four inches down. His face is narrow and he has slim eye brows. He is thin in fat but large in muscle. He is built purely for speed. He has just enough muscle to be fast and stronge.
Clothing: He always wears a black shirt and a pair of ripped up jeans but when it's cold, he wears a black trench coat. He wears combat boots. He always carries a set of dual swords inside his trench coat since he hardly ever flies or goes through metal detectors.
Personality: He tries to keep a happy tone with everyone. He never takes anything seriously. Even if he was on the brink of death, he wouldn't take the death seriously. He feels that anything can be cured with a good laugh. He is high spirited and low tempered. If you do manage to get a groan out of him, he reverts back to happy soon after that.
Traits: He likes the idea of life and peace but he is ok with alittle war everynow and then. He doesn't care to omuch for politics and doesn't really have a religion as he does a group of beliefs.
Background/History: His parents always tought him to be tough no matter what. They usually always showed up drunk by the end of the night. During his days at school he would become bored half way through and skip. He started this habit about middle school. He prefered to learn about life from a more hands on point of veiw. He would go outside and experiment on frogs himself or walk to a pond and take samples from there. He learned what he could on his own until he turned eighteen.
His parents saw that he was kicked out onto the streets by eighteen but fortunately for him, a collage accepted him around the same time. He got a job and went to school again. Once graduating from there, he started to get these weird feelings. Things started to happen all around him and he didn't frankly know why. He begun to have water start to randomly form around him and never touch him directly. He eventually realized that it was an ability he had. He could control the moisture in the air and make it visible. This came in handy in pranks and payment once he started to go out on his own. When he turned twenty seven, he was considered a freak and he went into hiding.
