Personality: Chaos is the best word used to describe the nature of the gears which turn within the head of Dage Shibo. He is utterly wild, destructive and cruel towards nearly all who dare oppose him. Lacking in many of the essential social skills, Dage usually interacts with others via harsh and oppressive dialog, if not through sheer violence. The origins of his chaotic nature stems forth from the life he lived among the living, and remnants of his violent past life continue to project itself in Dage's everyday activities which involve fighting powerful opponents... be they Shinigami or Hollow.
Dage is terribly distrusting of other individuals. He sees trust as an opening that can be exploited by the enemy, due to his warlike pattern of thought. He looks at life like one gigantic battle. There are no breaks, no moment of repose or mercy for the slain. There is only one truth that Dage follows. That one truth... is that everything that has a beginning also has an end. This one truth governs his actions... when he is in battle, there is no mercy for the weak and he expects little mercy in return. There is rarely any taunting or dialogue during a battle, just relentless destruction. Death is a certainty in his eyes, unless convinced that the enemy defeated would show promise and fight him again.
There is value in respect. The unspoken code of honour shared between warriors that is ever present in those who take up the sword is one that holds major value in the eyes of Dage Shibo. He will respect those who show heart in battle, and will also respect those who hold a superior rank. This does not change the fact that he would look forward to fighting them and breaking the limits of mortality among normal soldiers.
Psychoses: Dage's psychotic episodes steam from a major chemical imbalance, Due in part that he his a giant. his thought patters are intermittent with moments of sheer geniuses and sadomasochistic blood lust; Dage is the classic lose cannon rarely caring about is body when the psychotic episodes kick in. During these episodes every thought that was barely ordered become more chaotic, quickly losing control of his reatsu which added with his physical strength creates a true berserker.

Physical Appearance: He is a physically large and imposing individual, more so than most other large people that had ever passed through Soul Society. He possesses focused and dark eyes that have born witness to many battles. They are often cold and void of expression, save those of rage spawned from intense and life threatening battles. Those who have had the misfortune of gazing into his eyes have learned the hard way that a true soldier is void of soul. Because of Dage's largeness in height and weight, many come to believe that he is slow and clumsy. This is something that Dage does not flaunt, but he takes pride in his freakish appearance and the vast respect that it commands. Amongst those within the Shinigami Academy, it has been rumoured that Dage's looks can spook a hollow. This still has yet to be proven, and remains yet to be seen. For some unknown reason Dage does not show scaring other then the tribal markings. His body frame is seemingly dense due to the fact that he has little to no body fat. Having an almost non-existent body fat ratio, his musculature is more defined and prominent than most others. This was due in part to hyper mobility granted to Dage from a rare form of giantism. He skin tone is something of an puzzle its slate Gray and his hair and tribal markings, are ghost white void of any colour completely contrasting his skin tone.
Musculoskeletal structure: Dage's skeletal structure is some what unique in that its five times larger and thicker, then any normal shinigami due to his giantism Dage's body type. Makes him look like a brick wall with legs Dage's bone density is close to the same density of steel and Dage's muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints. Are all over built and are extremely elongated, due this hyper mobility Dage activates twenty five present more muscle fibres. Dage can produce physical strength and speed with out the aid of reatsu, that is equal to a 300lb wrecking ball swinging over 150 feet a second. Dage's over all locomotion is complex being that each muscle is toned to a fine point, allowing him to optimize each step fully activating the whole muscle. combining all of that into a 9ft 450 pound frame means that his body can complete the task a hand, with out being limited by his hight.
Clothing: Dage wears a deeply blood stained captain's haori, with a red lining which rests atop of a rather war torn common Shinigami uniform. That is usually is two sizes too big for him, but it really does nothing to hide the outline his muscular body. With the top half having an attached hood, that he wears to cover his face, only his eyes can be seen when the hood is on. He removes it when captains / vice captains are around to show respect. Depending on how Dage feels he may leave the hood up the whole day. In battle Dage doesn't like for his enemies to glance at his face, so that way will actually fight him with ferocity, so he keeps the hood on to give them a slight advantage ( so that way they can't turn tail and run). Only during severe battle will he reveal not only his face, but his hulking mass when pressed to do so.

History/Background: Life:
Dage was born with a rare form of giantism. His mother became very ill while she was carrying him; the infection passed to Dage, and with out proper medical training he was left to fight off the infection after birth. Dage grew up in a warrior driven family, it was the duty of the first born. Son to carry on the fathers role in there respective armies. That being the case Dage was trained hard to surpass his father and brothers in arms. At the age of 15 Dage earned his right, to fight against his father. Earning his place in the army Four years later he fought in many battles; though only 19 he fought like a true warrior. during many campaigns he grew to be 7'1, due to Dage's still growing mind he slowly lost his touch wit mercy and developing a unstopped thirst for blood. His mind becoming more Chaos driven, slowly becoming withdrawn, slowly becoming a monster.
Dage slowly rose up the ranks of his father’s army to become the 2nd in command. Then began to train again to not only surpass his father but to take control of the army. In the years of peace Dage fought and, learned many styles of fighting many different philosophies and languages. He managed to become the chief strategist. Though still growing more insane as the years went on; He led over 46 campaigns before the war was truly ended; during 3 of those campaigns Dage was placed as the General of the Army and led them to flawless conquests. Dage's insanity earned him the nick name akuma doragon.(demon dragon) because of the way he burnt and killed anything and everything he came across.
This did much to bring fear to those he fought making him a legend,but it angered the empire. Soon they plotted to kill Dage to stop his madness, giving Dage everything he wanted even his own estate and banner. Before the emperor could kill Dage he wanted to get rid of any one that would support him. Meaning killing dage’s family and any one that could rally with him. So for four weeks Dage was order to help near by villages;but this was a decoy to allow the killing all those who support Dage. The last was his mother and father, so when Dage returned he saw that his home was burning. He could hear the screams of his father, and mother echoing in his head. Dage could only watched helplessly as the emperors royal guard; came forth calming they did this. Dage was no longer controllable his madness got the better of him; they called Dage forth to face judgment.
As Dage walked forth he saw something over his burring home. a faint image of a Shinigami. Quickly refocusing Dage charged at the royal guard. Dage's hulking form attacked wildly, swinging at any that would dare to come close. moving quickly from the attacks; the royal guard began to shout out the emperor's reasons for wanting to kill Dage each add more rage to seeming unstoppable akuma doragon .They grew impatient after hours of trading blow for blow, sword strike after sword strike. The guard tried summon ki magic in attempt to gain an upper hand; against a seeming unstoppable monster. As Dage started his attack was blinded this he stopped his attacked for just a second. But it was a second to late Dage was impaled with six bamboo spears. This did nothing to end Dage's life, driven be hate and madness thrashed wildly in an attempted to remove them but they did not give Dage a chance the last spear took away the pain the madness, Leaving him mortally wounded; the royal guard seeing that the deed was done left Dage to slowly die.
As Dage lay in the bamboo spears, he swore never to show his weakness, only Chaos. With his last breath Dage let out a mighty roar almost that shook the village. The shinigami landed next to him and saying "sleep young dragon."
Soul society:
Dage awoke in the soul society confused. The only thing that drove Dage, to looked for a reason for this second life; was Chaos and battle. As days went on Dage grew sick of the peace full, way of life. Dage began to fight anyone and everyone willing; quickly becoming one of the most dangerous in the Soul society. As time went on Dage grew in strength and madness; still looking for battle he began to attack whole districts for any type of combat. any thing that could quiche his thrust for blood. He quickly became a nomad living district to district, not being able to settle anywhere; knowing there was battles to fight.
One night in the 80th district, Dage found himself under attack outnumber Dage only killed three of the seven attackers. Dage smiled as this new battle was what he was looking for, charging at the remaining attackers; over powering them but this joy was short lived. A white sheet wrapped around his massive arm and in a flash he found him self in a reinforce the solitary confinement cell, they built to hold dangerous Shinigami with binding kidou. But within a week Dage broke out leading to him, being hunted by the second division.
With Dage's overwhelming amount of reatsu; he was easily tracked by the second division. Being attacked gave Dage a new feeling for battle. Becoming very skilled in sword combat being able to last longer and longer against the division. He escaped solitary confinement five more times; his last run in solitary confinement he was given a choice, join the academy or be put to death. Dage took in what was said to him death or a constant source of battles. He chose the former and with this new challenge ahead Dage could only think of battle with the strongest there is.
The academy:
Dage's first day in the academy were challenging so many rules and to many restriction. Often intimidates the other students, with his massive seven foot nine inch frame. Dage's mind state stayed the same; looking for the students to give him some challenge. but all who tried to stand against Dage quickly were defeated; forcing the academy to move Dage to the elite class. Due to hes over whelming swordsmen ship, and battle field tactics. Many in the academy thought he was not worth the time and just a mindless war machine with no other purpose then that. As the months passed Dage held his own against, many of the first seat hopefuls.
Still using his unique thought patterns he quickly climbed to the top of the class in combat, mainly in swordsmanship and Hakuda. Dage felt disgusted when he was forced to learn kidou, he felt that it cheapen battle; though many advanced kidou users fell to in a fight with Dage. He trained heavily in Hakuda and swordsmanship, developing a unique combat style. That made use of his freakish size and strength; Dage also trained his physical strength,to its peek with out the aid of his immense reatsu. One day Dage had fallen in to, an overpowering rage during a training mission. It was while in this rage he learned the name of his Zanpakutô; under this blood lust 2 hollows were slain along with massive internal damage. Due to the overwhelming power; as Dage regained control he was shocked, by the power of his Zanpakutô. Becoming obsessed with finding how far the power goes. During the last week of the academy Dage was asked,to take the 11th division by force if need be. Dage gradated form the academy as skilled shinigami still bent on finding a worth while battle be it Shinigami or something much worse.
Gotei 13:
Dage had one goal and the 11th division was his ticket there. He quickly made it known battle is there only way of life weakness would be met with punishment. Respect was the be fought for on the battlefield, this ideal was the only task he left for his men. With every mission Dage grew as leader feared but highly respected. 6 years after he was done with academy, Dage still longs for the perfected battle; each member grew to the way Dage worked. Wanting glory through combat, looking for the perfect battle. The Gotei 13 often became afraid of what Dage may do what chaos he my bring, but all that pails to the feats he accomplished. There are still many that say, Dage didn't need to fight for the first seat. That he could have asked and no one in there right mind would have said no.
RP sample: Standing atop a broken roof, around him was the blood drenched story of what befell those Dage fought. The first of those so willing charged into deaths home meet the blade of a hungry beast almost as if life was limited to the seconds it took for Dage to cleave their heads and limbs ornately from their charging mass, the second wave was more timid only temping the tip of Dage's blade smiling was that of the face of Dage hidden by his hood. Lifting his massive weapon as to signal his men so willing chomping at the bit to enter the fight and in a instant with the bladed lowered into the torso of one soul to close to run was the signal for his men to rip in to the mass of flesh held at bay, with the wrath of of a tsunami Dage and his men washed away all those who stood frozen to the ground unable to respond to the rush of blood lust.
Moments pasted as each opposing force become lifeless, while their limbs and entrails lived on as a living canvas of the massacre that took place. Blood soaked and gleeful Dage stood ankle deep in the blood of the fallen his blade no longer clean was blessed with the chunks of flesh and bone of his conquest, who could stand agnest the method of war the song of death everything was done for a reason, Dage stood with his bloodied followers each was seemingly held in place by some wall as each waited for the final charge of they dismembered army Dage lifted his chest and in a massive roar signal his men to charge them their was no need to wait for them to bring them selfs into a formation.
